Rift rogue help please?

i have a lvl 15 rogue who is ranged dps and i have no complaints with him, but i just made another one to see how melee rogue work. I just cant get the hang of them at all. I can kill 1v1, but when its 1v2 i stand no chance. i am nightblade/sab/bladedancer is this a good mix or am i just completely wrong and should restart? (i am lvl 7 right now)
