HELP! I can't get rid of 'xp security 2012'!?

I've tried all the simple solutions (trying to access programs that will delete it, run a system restart etc.,.) but the rogue software has blocked EVERYTHING! I can't even get into iTunes! No Internet, no system restart, no nothing! =( I'd really rather not have to take my computer to someone, are there any easy solutions I can try?!
