Why is metallicas death magnetic considered a great album?

Its a commercialized carbon copy of and justice for all."The day that never comes" is a shameless carbon copy of "one"and Kirk Hammet ripped of Iron Maidens "the trooper" with the solo.Cyanide is even worse than the songs on st anger and James Hetfields lyrics are garbage on this record.Even more patheric is when Hetfield tries to sing like Tom Araya on "my apacolypse" and "that was just your life".Also,Metallica rips off Dave Mustaine and Megadeth again stealing the riff from"end of the line"from the megadeth song "when"from 2001s the world needs a hero(a vastly superior album to death magnetic as well).Death Magnetic is trash.
