Is it C, O bond and C, N bond are unsaturated in carbonyl and in cyanide groups?

Unsaturated means the presence of a double or triple bond. In a carbonyl group, there is a carbon-oxygen double bond, and in nitrile group (cyanide if its inorganic), there is a carbon-nitrogen triple bond
