Ever since my computer got infected with a rogue virus I keep getting trojans, how can I stop this?

You have NOT removed it. System restore does not fix these, it leaves the files all ver the machine. It can also trash the system, Not a toy for fixing minor problems like infections. You may have made it impossible to clear now, as the restore could have removed the identifiers that an anti-spyware/virus needs to remove them properly. Try downloading the free scanner from a href="http://malwarebytes.org" rel="nofollow"http://malwarebytes.org/a and run a full scan. Then set all your browser security to defaults.
