NATO Libya war crimes article?

Any war crimes in Libya pale into insignificance when compared to a leader who told deliberate lies in order to sanction the whole sale slaughter, the genocide of Iraq. Whole families huddled in terror in their own homes blown to pieces without mercy.......And yet Tony Blaire still struts around as a free man. Might be an idea for Britain to get its house in order, arrest Blaire and hand him over for trial. Perhaps then we will have some ground to stand on.
