What do you think of this plot?

It is a good idea. No cliches or vampires or romance of any sort which makes it great. However, closed-minded people nowadays are steering clear from werewolves due to their association with vampires. Though I would read this book, I know many who would not based solely on the fact that werewolves are involved. My advice is that you use a different type of fantasy creature. By the way, I like your idea about natural born werewolves being unable to hide themselves. I've never seen that done before. It's a shame that their association with vampires took away the werewolves' time to shine. But keep up the good work. :)
