Can a hunter wield the warglaives of azzinoth in any world of warcraft version?

A hunter can train dual wielding as far as I know, and he ca use swords, but when i looked up warglaives of azzinoth under classes there where deathknight, warrior and rogue listed. So can a hunter use the warglaives of azzinoth.
