yeah you're right he wont understand what you're talking about. I would suggest that you talk to him regurlarly on fb, thru chat not inbox. That will give him some confidence which would help him in facing you too. And when you meet him tell him 'i think you look cute when you're so shy' that would do the exact opposite to him, he would gain confidence and thats what you want.
