Verizon: Rogue or ENV 3?

I have had my Rogue for about 2 1/2 years.. and I can't get a smart phone so i'm stuck with the feature phones... Would it be a good idea to switch to the ENV 3 or wait for the pre-owned free Octane to come out again?
