How do I get rid of a freeloader?

My roommate is the laziest, apathetic person I have ever met. He has transgressed into a Nihilist and sees life as something completely meaningless. He has threatened to kill himself if I force him to leave. He keeps a small capsule filled with potassium cyanide on him at all times, which he would bite down on if forced to leave, instantly killing him. I don't know what to do at this point. If the cops arrive to take him away, he commit suicide on the spot.
