How to get a guy or know if he likes you?

I work with this guy and we are always flirting and messing with each other. His girlfriend just recently broke up with him but he still acts the same toward me. He also asked me to make him bracelets and We exchanged numbers and I texted once but I don't want to seen annoying. Also he is going off to college soon and so it will be hard to find a time to hang out, what do I do?
