World of Warcraft class situation!?

I have a rogue, death knight, shaman, mage, paladin, and a warrior at 85. Yet im not sure which one i shall play. I have played my death knight the most and is the most experienced however i want a class that will never get bored, and good in pvp, and pve dps. which one shpudl i be?
