I need a new phone, Any suggestions?

I currently have the Samsung Rogue and it is sort of what I am looking for in that it is not just a touch screen phone but also has a keyboard. But I am looking to update to a smart phone that has more than mobile web (which is all the Rogue has). I have an iPod Touch also and I really do like that which tells me I should look into the iPhone, but if the iPhone 5 is coming out soon I would rather wait for that. Budget is sort of an issue but not the most important thing, the most important thing is that I get a good phone.
