How do I make a sims 3 exchange account if....?

I lost the fake I'd I used when I downloaded the game.? Okay so here is the story. The packet that comes with that has the code when you buy the game was lost because the not so good seller on eBay did not send me it along with the game. I know that is a run on sentence but I don't feel like changing it. Anyways how am I going to make one cause I want some of the stuff they have on the exchange but is it possible for me?
